Leading From Within is a three-month leadership development course designed to strengthen how you lead yourself and serve others.
At its heart is the belief that effective leadership begins with self-awareness. By understanding yourself, developing your knowledge and skills, and putting your learning into practice, you can lead with greater purpose, confidence and resilience.
The programme combines self-paced online learning with fortnightly two-hour live Zoom sessions, bringing together expert-led learning, reflection, interactive activities and practical application.
Throughout the course, you will be encouraged to connect your learning to your own experiences, work and goals — helping you turn new insights into meaningful and lasting change.
